Personal Data Protection Policy
Effective from 26 September 2026
These principles describe how remeslnik24.cz handles the personal data of customers who send job requests and tradespeople listed in the Directory. We comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on the processing of personal data.
Who is the controller
Let IT Bee, s.r.o., IČO 24205095, DIČ CZ24205095, with its registered office at Břehová 40/1, 110 00 Prague 1, entered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague. The Řemeslník24 Directory is operated under this brand.
Contact regarding personal data: [email protected]. We have not appointed a data protection officer as the law does not require us to do so.
Customers: data from the job request form
- Contact (email, phone), trade, location, date and description of work - so that we can forward the job request to tradespeople who operate in the relevant trade and area, enabling them to send you a quote. Legal basis: negotiations for a contract at your request (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR).
- Visit source and technical data on form submission - form spam protection and evaluation of which advertising works. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR).
We pass job requests only to tradespeople who have joined the directory themselves and selected the relevant trade and location. They will then respond to you directly.
Tradespeople: data in the directory
The Directory contains entrepreneurs - companies and self-employed individuals (OSVČ) - from Prague. For OSVČ, these are personal data, so we describe where we obtain them:
- Public registers - Administrative register of economic entities (ARES) and Commercial Register (justice.cz): company name, IČO, registered office or business address, scope of activity, date of establishment.
- Entrepreneur's own website - contact phone number, email and website address published by the business owner for customers. We only take these over if the IČO or the business owner's name matches on the website.
Purpose: to enable customers to find a tradesperson for their job. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR) - these are business data that entrepreneurs publish themselves for customers, and the directory is free for them. We do not process private data unrelated to business activities.
You can claim, edit or request removal of your profile at any time. Just write to [email protected] or claim the profile on the page Claim the profile. When you raise an objection, we will hide the profile and stop processing the data.
Tradespeople who participate in job requests provide us with their email address, name, trades and locations. We process this data based on their consent (Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a) of the GDPR), which they may withdraw at any time by replying to any of our emails.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the website functional and run at all times. We only activate analytical and advertising cookies after you give consent via the banner on your first visit. Legal basis: consent (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) of the GDPR). You can change your choice at any time by deleting cookies in your browser.
Who we share data with
Apart from passing job requests to tradespeople (see above), we use processors who run our technology:
- Cloudflare, Inc. - website, forms and database operation
- Amazon Web Services (SES) a Resend, Inc. - email delivery
- Google Ireland Ltd. - tracking of visits and advertising (only with consent to cookies)
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. - email inbox and website usage analysis (Clarity, only with consent to cookies)
Some processors may process data outside the EU. In such cases, the transfer relies on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or on an adequacy decision.
Personal data we do not sell and we do not pass them on to anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep data
- Customer job request: 12 months from sending, then we delete it.
- Directory listing: as long as the business owner is active according to public registers, or until an objection is raised.
- Data of a tradesperson involved in job requests: until consent is withdrawn.
- Cookies: depending on type, for a maximum of 24 months.
What rights you have
Regarding your data you have the right to:
- know what data we hold about you and obtain a copy,
- have them corrected if they are incorrect,
- have them erased if there is no longer a reason for their processing,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest, for example against the publication of a profile,
- limit their processing,
