The website remeslnik24.cz (hereinafter „Řemeslník24") is operated by Let IT Bee, s.r.o., IČO 24205095, with its registered office at Břehová 40/1, 110 00 Prague 1, entered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague (hereinafter „operator"). Contact: [email protected].
2. What Řemeslník24 does
Řemeslník24 is a directory of tradespeople and companies from Prague. It allows customers to search for a tradesperson by trade and location and send a job request to tradespeople who have opted into receiving requests.
Provozovatel is not a party to the contract between the customer and the tradesperson. It does not carry out any trade work, agree on prices or scope of work, nor is it responsible for their execution, quality, deadlines or payments between the customer and the tradesperson. These matters are agreed directly between the customer and the tradesperson.
3. Data in the directory
Basic information about tradespeople is sourced from public registers (ARES, Commercial Register) and websites published by the tradespeople themselves. The operator strives to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee completeness or up-to-dateness. An entry in the Directory does not constitute a recommendation or confirmation of work quality.
If data is incorrect, write to us at [email protected]. We will correct it or hide the profile.
4. Customers
- Submitting a job request is free for the customer and does not bind them to anything.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided in the job request is truthful and that the request relates to actual work.
- Tradespeople who operate in the relevant trade and location will receive the job request. The operator does not guarantee that a specific number of tradespeople will respond or that anyone will respond at all.
5. Tradespeople
- A tradesperson can claim, edit or have their profile removed on the page Claim the profile or by email.
- Profile claiming is verified using the IČO and contact details from public sources. Only the business owner to whom the profile belongs or a person authorised by them may claim it.
- By participating in job requests, the tradesperson agrees that we will send them job requests matching their selected trades and locations. This consent can be withdrawn at any time by replying to any of our emails.
- The tradesperson is responsible for the accuracy of the information they add to the profile and for using job requests solely to respond to customers.
- Under current conditions, registration in the Directory and participation in job requests are free of charge. Should the operator introduce paid services in the future, they will provide prior notice and will not include anyone without their consent.
6. Prohibited conduct
The website must not be used for sending unsolicited messages, bulk downloading of directory content, impersonating another identity or any other conduct contrary to legal regulations. The operator may remove job requests or profiles that violate these terms.
7. Personal data
How we handle personal data is described in Personal Data Protection Policy.
8. Final provisions
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. The operator may amend them; any amendment will be published on this page with a new effective date. Consumers may also resolve disputes out of court through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI).adr.coi.cz).
